Hey there user_jbx30q 👋 Thanks so much for coming to our community for help, and even more so for recently becoming part of the Xfinity family! More than anything we want to ensure your services are able to be activated seamlessly. Have things come online for you since making your post?
If this is a new service installation / new move-in, the other end of the line has probably been disconnected from the Comcast feed. It's quite typical. You likely need that tech out to reconnect your premises to the active Comcast feed at the tap on the pole or the pedestal. You won't be able to activate the service with the app if your line is not connected to the system. Good luck ! And please post back here with how things turn out.
