Account problems

My whole xfinity account is [Edited: Language] up and I need real help, last month I called xfinity support to try to get a better deal on my internet,  and after mutiple calls over the month, I was charged for 2 internet plans, a messed up account and mutiple lies. So when am I actually gunna get my account fixed
