Accessing router settings via desktop

So there is no way to do this now unless I buy a new phone to upgrade to iOS 17.2 so I can download the app?

Really? You've decided that people shouldn't be able to access their own network settings from a computer on that very network?

Please tell me I'm missing something because I'm having a hard time believing that even xfinity hates its own customers this much.

As a workaround, you can use an Android VM (Virtual Machine) app on your PC like a MuMu player, then download the Xfinity app to and do it from there.

I tried this but the xfinity app won't let me sign in on MuMu. When I enter my login it just takes me right back to the login screen.

Ben779 could you please tell me what changes you are trying to make to the modem settings? I would be happy to check for options to assist you with that change.

Thank you, please stop blocking me when trying to access the router settings from my own desktop.

@Ben779, we appreciate your feedback. To gain access to the admin tool, you would have to go through the Xfinity app to allow access to the admin tool. I have attached an article on: Allow Xfinity WiFi Gateway Admin Tool online access using the Xfinity app
