Access to Blocked Site

I am trying to access a link through my IPTV box but it is being blocked by xfinity. Xfinity flags the site as risky, but I know what the link is and I want to access it anyway. I have tried to click “visit anyway” but that link does not do anything. Can this be overridden so I can access the link?

@user_t5ievy you can send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service. You can also reach out to our security team at the https://spa.xfinity.com/help site or call them directly at 888-565-4329 and they can check on any blocked sites. 

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
