Access my account

I called the Xfinity on demand. I was told they don't have an account with them, but yet they are taking money from my bank account. I want to get into my account to manage my WiFi. I ' m not receiving any WiFi through my tablet. And the Xfinity on demand server have been down for couple of weeks. Any advice?

I’m having a similar issue. I logged into the app and all it says is “you are logged in but we are unable to access your account details. Would you like to try again?” Trying again doesn’t work. Then I tried logging into the website and got a similar error message that we are working on setting up your account. I picked up the internet kit on Monday in preparation for my move today. Makes no sense!
