Absolutely terrible

In my area the internet has been going out 4x A WEEK FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS!!! Enough is enough people work on a laptop and something needs to be done here.

user_unl88o I'm truly sorry to hear you're experiencing connectivity issues. That’s not the kind of experience we want for you. We'd love the opportunity to troubleshoot this further. Could you let us know what steps you've already tried? For example, have you rebooted the modem manually or through the app? Also, did the app show any service interruptions in your area when the issue occurred?
