Above ground wire left by Xfinity for over six months no resolution
I have a wire running from an adjacent property in front of my driveway onto part of my property in front of my house. Xfinity did this to restore service when their underground line was damaged. They said it was supposed to be a temporary fix. It's been over six months and I have not been contacted by anyone from Xfinity. I went to my local Xfinity store and they created a ticket ECM0021041294. 3 weeks later no contact and no action. I am running out of options other than to report it as a safety hazard or some type of legal action.
