75.75.75.75 DNS question about looking up www.finsevit.com?

Hi, I made a purchase on https://www.finsevit.com/ on Feb 3, 2026 via my Comcast Xfinity cable Internet service.

I tried to check my purchase history today (March 16, 2026) but when I navigated to https://www.finsevit.com/, my browser says:

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.
We can’t connect to the server at www.finsevit.com.


I am using a 2 different laptops connected to my Xfinity wireless router using the default DHCP settings (I did not change these):
Default route: 10.0.0.1
Primary DNS: 75.75.75.75
Secondary DNS: 76.76.76.76


The Comcast DNS server 75.75.75.75 replies
No such name A www.finsevit.com


This is confirmed by nslookup:

nslookup finsevit.com 75.75.75.75
Server:  75.75.75.75
Address: 75.75.75.75#53

** server can't find finsevit.com: NXDOMAIN


However, when I input www.finsevit.com into
https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup
then I see the following:

Domain Status:
    clientHold
    clientTransferProhibited

Dates
    Registry Expiration: 2026-12-09 12:14:51 UTC

So it seems like the domain is registered.

I was wondering if you might be able to help me troubleshoot this issue?
