5ghz not working
5ghz signal dropped two day ago and now I can't connect to it at all. Tried hard reset, reset wifi module, factory reset modem, and nothing has work. If I can't get this resolved this week, I'm switching services

Greetings, @user_ri4e2r ! We will get to the bottom of this for you! Have you recently changed your modem? The normal setup for Xfinity modems is to have one WiFi network name and password for all the networks (band steering). Our modems have network intelligence and will connect each device to the strongest/best signal. Do you just see one network name now and used to have more than that?
