5g home internet down

Our 5g has not been working since last night. The router is supposedly running fine but the 5g network does not show up.

Hello, @user_0knrfg. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support, you have contacted the right place for assistance in regard to your network concern. If you're using an xFi gateway (modem) it will connect to the most optimal network if you're using one WiFi name and password, and may not show others to be able to connect to and is working as intended.

I only see one in-home WiFi name now, and I used to see two. What happened?
When you have a single name and password for your 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6GHz bands, you will only see one option to connect. Please be assured that all WiFi bands are still working in the background to optimize your connection.
