5 to 15 seconds drop out of internet connection

my internet connection randomly drops out for 5 to 15 seconds. it always connects back up but it is frustrating at times. i have reset my modem several times. it can be annoying on tax retuns  zoom and on other websites. sometimes have to start over from scratch. any helpful ideas?

AMEN! God it cuts out around 2am for 10 seconds then comes on for 5 seconds then cuts out for another 10 seconds. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! Im getting so frustrated because when I disconnect I have to restart everything I was doing... I pay for the top of the line gig speed too!

 

Already had a tech come out and "fix" the connection. It still does it and JUST did it again!
