403 Forbidden
Hello,
I need access to this following website: https://tes.collegesource.com/ because since Wednesday afternoon it started showing me the 403 Forbidden message. I have spoken with my peers and they are able to access it without any problem. I have spent the better part of today trying to troubleshoot the issue with my employer's IT Help Desk and after trying numerous solutions we have arrived at the conclusion that it is an issue on the ISP side of things. This is because the only way I can log in and access the website is from a completely different internet connection rather than the one of my home WiFi.

Hello @user_5213ff I will do all I can to ensure you have access to the website above.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9r for an example.
