403 Forbidden error - sibionus

I am in a group that just started using SIBIONUS as a forum chat board.  Our group approved my registration yesterday and I was using it just fine up until today.

Earlier this morning, I was posting some useful information to the group and when I clicked "Preview" to proofread my post, I got a "403 Forbidden" error.  I have been unable to access the forum software or ANYTHING on sibionus.com on either my PC, iPad, or iPhone...which is REALLY weird.  Why would I be blocked from accessing that website??  I have spoken to other members, and they're able to access everything just fine.

Is it possible something triggered on Comcast's end and they're now blocking my access to that site somehow???

Thanks for any and all suggestions!!

Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience and would love to investigate this for you! Please send us a PM with your first and last name, as well as house numbers to your service address. To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.

Thanks for your reply.  The issue looks to be resolved.  I believe the server hosting the website in question had EXTREMELY high activity and that was the cause of crashing on my end.

FWIW. They "reached out to the help forum community at large, so I replied.....

All. FWIW. This is a public / community forum here. Not just Comcast employees monitor and assist here. There are also volunteer experts and fellow customers that contribute valuable knowledge and assistance here. Just sayin'...

Perhaps a traceroute to the URL of the site will reveal where the blockage is occurring.
