4000+ download speed but only 5 upload speed.

Hi, i have xfinity gigabit x2 and my modem XFi xb8-T is on bridge mode to my ER707-M2 router. I ran several speedtests but i'm only getting less than 10 Upload speed.

I checked my Xfinity modem network status and noticed this and i don't know if its related. But i think my OFDMA upstream is not transmitting (symbol rate 0). Maybe Xfinity can help to re-provision my modem or escalate for an RF signal check on the upstream path?

Hulkerz thank you so much for your post on your speed concerns. 4600Mbps is amazing, but to my knowledge, the max you would be able to receive outside of Gigx10 customers would be 2100Mbps. I would recommend using the Speed test options in your Xfinity app to get a better Idea of what speeds you are getting vs. what speeds you should have. Also there is a troubleshooting option in the Xfinity app that would be able to detect any signal issues and help resolve them for you. If not, the Xfinity assistant also helps with setting up a tech appointment if needed.
