400 bad request on chrome

I keep getting this "400 Bad Request Request Header Or Cookie Too Large" error on Chrome. I have cleared the cache and cookies multiple times.

Hello, gottchilds! Clearing cache and cookies is a great first step. Are you having this issue on just one device or are others impacted? What happens when you try using another web browser?

This is a Xfinity problem.  Search the web and you will find numerous posts about this problem.  For an internet service provider xfinity has a miserable website and connection.  Constant proble they try to blame on peoples computers.  Funny how you do not have this problem with other websites--just xfinity.

I totally agree with you, all other websites on my computer work just fine except when  logging into Xfinity/Comcast website. It’s a once a week problem and it’s been this way for years. Maybe it’s time for me to go somewhere else.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we recommend clearing your caches and cookies and also going into your settings and going to the “reset setting” option and click on “restore setting to their original default’s”.

Also try using incognito/private mode to see if the error is caused by browser extensions.
