4 months of unstable connections - streaming/gaming/voice calls unusable
ive had 4 months of random outages and drops when doing anything that requires streaming is unusable during this time.
Ive checkt the wire goes straight to the wall and many restarts. Speed test dont detect the unstable connection as they average over it, i got one test during a blip but it essentially waited until it was over. Did a blufferbloat test and looked at the downsstream SNR looked fine so I don't think its a router issue. It looks like line trouble as every legacy downstream channel was showing millions of uncorrectable codewords. And 4 of 5 upstream channels were showing they weren't locked. I went through the call chat but they were very unhelpful and promised a call back with escalation, but never did despite it now being past the timeframe they gave for one.
