4 days and still no answer

Xfinity did some type of service four days ago and I have not had steady internet since. It has dropped for majority of the day for 4 straight days still with no clear answer from Xfinity. 

You can’t ever speak to anyone so I had a tech come out. The tech confirmed that there is a problem with their line underground or in their main panel. 

I (and neighbors) have still yet to be given a clear answer on what is going on and when it will be repaired. I just get the 50 automated texts a day that says there is an unexpected outage in your area (19128 zip). An hour later it says it’s fixed. An hour later it says it’s out. It’s like Groundhog Day. 

4 days and no one even has the decency to call or give us an update? I’m definitely not trying to sound like a Karen, but come on.

At least give me a call and blow smoke up my …

20+ years with them and I’m ready to call it quits.
