3rd-party supported modem is a scam...

I tried 3 modems from the supported list and since I made the switch, I have seen constant connection drops. It's been so frustrating that after numerous calls to support and being told that everything was fine. I had no recourse but to go back to their $15/mo rental - Nice work Xfinity!
