3rd Time Xfinity has blocked my work website

I’m beyond words right now. I this is the 3rd time in 6 months that my work website has been blocked. On the first occasion they blocked it, it took them 9 days to correct it and the Iast time it took them 7 days. I’m not going to continue to fight them and I’m going to cancel my service. This has been absolutely nothing but a headache and for what I pay I should not have to continue wasting my time calling in multiple times and spending hour after hour on the phone repeating my story from one person to the next. I was on the phone a total of 13 hours on the last occasion they blocked my work website. I’ve not heard of any other service providers doing this. So google bye

If you disable the net nanny (disable advanced security), can you get to it?  DNSBL lists can be a bummer, and less than useful.

Thank you for reaching out about your experience and what is going on with your website. I know I would be frustrated if the same happened to me. I would like to look into this further with you. To assist, please send me a private message and include your full name and service address, so I can assist you. Did you demand and get ticket numbers from previous occasions that you can refer agents back to for resolution?
