35 Mbps upload cap on G36
Hello,
I'm currently on a promotional 500 Mbps plan that shows 500 Mbps down/35 Mbps up on my account. Download speeds are as expected, but upload is consistently capped at 35 Mbps.
I'm using my own modem (ARRIS SURFboard G36) connected via Ethernet, and also reside in an Enhanced Speed Market. Current plans in my area display speeds up to 2 Gbps.
I'm just trying to confirm if this 500/35 profile is expected for this specific promo, or if there's any option to move to a higher upload tier without switching to a leased gateway or a significantly more expensive plan.
