30mbps on a 1gig plan

I just set up my Gateway and tested the Internet only to have less than 30Mbps. I talked to the AI chatbot who said the same thing and then proceeded to try and charge me to have a technician come out here. I shouldn't have to pay for a technician to come out here and fix an issue right after setting up my internet.
