300Mbps plan but download speed extremely low

Hi, I subscribed 300Mbps internet service.

Below is my modem and router.

Modem: Arris SURFboard SB6183

Router: TP Link AC1900

I did wifi speedtest by ookla, but download speed is under 10Mbps, I reset both modem and router, same result came.

I play videogame like league of legends, and pings are very high around 70ms in general.

Should I change the plan or devices?

I am from Korea, and I didn't expect Wifi here is this slow :<

Sounds like you might have a line problem.  The SB6183 is kind of bottom of the barrel, but should be ok for 300Mb.   10Mb is really pretty bad and generally indicates a problem with the network rather than your equipment.  Sure it's possible that you have a defective modem, but wiring/network problems are a lot more common.

Could you post the signal stats and error logs from your modem?  It's best to copy and paste them rather than taking screen shots.  The forum does quite well with copied & pasted tables.  Also be sure to redact any MAC addresses (CM-MAC, etc.) and routable IP addresses from the error log.  Comcast considers those private personal information and will block forum posts containing such information.

Also, please test using a wired connection if you haven't already.  WiFi can cause all sorts of issues.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
