2nd public ip address
Is there a way to get a second Public Ip address for my residential account? I currently am setting up a pair of palo alto 220 firewalls that will have my primary connection on it and I intend to set up a fortigate firewall for my high bandwidth needs adjacent to the palo alto pair. Ideally I would want each of them to have a public ip address so I can continue to have both on the edge of my network. Is this possible?

They are phasing this feature out so it may no longer be available, but I'm going to escalate this to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers in some market areas even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
