@user_qchevz Thanks to reaching out to our team for support. This is a great question as you cannot have 2 separate internet services under one account.
If the guest house has a separate entry for a separate address you can get service and a separate account for your guest house.
Depending on the distance another options is using Wi-Fi extenders/Moca etc.

Is it under the same street address as the main house ? Typically they only allow one modem per address. Is the guest house connected to the main house with coax or do they have separate feeds (coax line drops) from the pole / pedestal ? If it's the former, you can make a hard-wired MoCA coax network between them using MoCA adapters. Google MoCA for more info.
Hi there, @user_mxo66x! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! With our services, you are only able to have one modem/router or gateway per address as has been mentioned. For something like a guest house, the MoCa option may work if there is active coax in the guest house connected to the main home. I would also recommend WiFi. If it doesn't reach out to the location, you can try adding WiFi extenders. You can purchase them from any retailer that sells computing equipment, or we also have our own that are for sale here: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi/xfi-pod
