2nd IP for residential account
Is there a way to get a second Public IP address for my residential account? I called tech support and and they never really understood what I was asking. I work remote full time and everything in my house runs through a company suppled firewall and that is causing a few issues. I bought a Hitron modem that has two ports on it. I reached out to Hitron support and they suggested I ask here.

They are phasing out this feature so it may no longer be available, but I'm going to escalate this to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. There would be a small additional fee. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

At this time, residential accounts are not eligible for additional IP's. Have you tried any of the steps here https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/internet/answered-tips-for-troubleshooting-your-xfinity-internet-connection/602da481c5375f08cd7fbb7c for further troubleshooting?
