2Gbps Plan Speed Problem

I'm having issue with limited download and upload speeds (same as previous when 1Gbps plan) after upgrading to the 2Gbps service. How to send a DM to customer support?

Hello @user_69s2l4 Thank you for reaching out on our forum! I would love to review your account with you. Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps for your speeds? Are they constantly low?

I have since had this issue resolved via an account change by an Xfinity tech to add my new modem to the billing system. Thank you.
