2.4Ghz

I need 2.4Ghz to connect my LG appliances and I suspect my advanced WiFi settings are being managed automatically. How do I get 2.4Ghz please.

user_c2ea4b Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Community Forums Team for assistance in connecting your devices. I can see how you would be frustrated in connecting your devices. I'd be happy to get you in the right direction. You are right, usually the 2.4 Ghz network is managed automatically. Are you scanning a QR code to connecting your devices to your network?

user_c2ea4b You can find step by step directions for connecting new devices to your home Wi-Fi here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/connecting-your-smartphone-or-tablet-to-your-home-network. Devices such as your LG appliances that are only compatible with the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band can be connected using instructions found below step 3 under Tips For Staying Connected. Please let me know if you have any trouble with the process.
