Hi @user_c9af2f. Modems only have 2 different Wi-Fi signals. They are 2.4ghz and 5ghz.

@XfinityBilly​ ok my cameras are doin the same have always worked till few weeks ago sayin I have 5 I need 2.4 back

Hi @user_cd3d10. The two WiFi bands SSID's have recently been combined into one with the Comcast gateway devices. Some devices get confused and don't know how to see / talk to combined SSID's.


If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 names and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;

Associate the devices with the new 2.4 SSID (broadcast name) and password.
