You should have the option to set a different WiFi name and password for the radio bands that are broadcast by your xFi Gateway (e.g., 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6GHz, depending on model). If you don't see that option, that means you either:
Have WiFi Boost Pods on your network, or
Your advanced WiFi settings are being managed automatically.
I have the same problem now with my cameras. I find it appalling that it is impossible to turn off that automatic management of the advanced WiFi settings - except of course the app lets you think you can, but then does not actually save the changed settings.. So back to the store I go to get yet another model that supports 2.4 ghz. Comcast, you are an exhausting monopoly.
