2.4 GHz and 5GHz have different passwords

I logged into the router with 10.0.0.1  I have noticed that the 2.4GHz password is different from the 5 GHz password .

I was having issues connecting to Wi-Fi with my phone but unused the 5GHz password and it solved the issue. However I want to know how to make the passwords the same

I had to chat with a xfinity rep, they where able to fix this issue after a little trouble shooting. I am not sure what they did to fix it on their end but they fixed it.
