2-4 Additional IPs

​I had the following line item on my residential cable modem until recently (I was grandfathered in) when I changed my plan per Xfinity's suggestion (looking back not the smartest decision on my part):​​​​​ ​ ​

​Internet: 2-4 Additional Ips ....... $9.95​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​When I switched my plan, this item dropped off. I need these additional IPs back in order to run my network properly. Customer service attempted to add this back but the computer system kept telling them "wrong internet type". They tried it with my old internet plan too and it wouldn't let them do that either. Is there any way that maybe the tech team can assist with getting this back onto my account?​​​​​​​

​​​​​​However this is not working still as Xfinity DHCP is not issuing the other IP. We tried to add this multiple times too (in order to get more than 1 additional) and again the computer would not let us.​​​​​​

​I would appreciate any assistance in getting this working again like it was.

Currently I have the "1 IP Address" on my plan (just to get by for now) but it's not working. Maybe someone needs to push a config to my modem?​
