20+ year household asking for a loyalty rate on Gig

My household has been with Xfinity for over 20 years. The account was in my dad's name for most of that time, and I took it over as the account holder. I currently pay $125/month for the 1.2 Gig plan on my own modem. New customers can get 1 Gig for $60/month with the 5-Year Price Guarantee, and the best my account shows is $100 with no guarantee. I would like to move to 1 Gig at the new-customer rate, or the closest loyalty offer available, on a 5-year guarantee. I am not looking to cancel. I would also like to know when my area gets the mid-split upload upgrade. Happy to share account details by DM.
