2 Gbps plan + xb8, 2.5 Gbps Port wired speed test never exceeded 1Gbps

Hi,

I've just upgraded to the 2Gib internet plan. I made a wired test by connecting the 2.5 Gbps port, but the download speed was never more than 1 Gbps.

I was testing with a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet card + CAT6 cable, also tried CAT8 cable, but still the same, never exceeded 1 Gbps.

When I got to Existing Customer Deals , it displayed: 

xFi Internet

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
