2 accts after upgrade?

I spoke with a Rep by phone today. He was able to get me a 5 year plan at a cheaper rate. I signed the plan after a text was sent to me. I went back in to view my new plan but it now shows I have 2 accts. I don’t want to pay for two different plans. Can someone assist?
