1gig down to 150mb SPEED

this has been steadily getting worse over the past 6 months, im not paying for 1gig of internet to get 15% of the speed. I got 900mpbs ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for a whole few weeks. This entire forum is filled with people getting used up just like me. I want my gig of speed, and I want a refund for all the [Edited: "Language"] months of me paying for a service that barely works. Never in my life has my ISP been this bad.

I've been in nothing but loops with Tech supports saying signal is great and xfinity AI saying something is wrong i'll send more tech support. I'm done. All i want is my internet.
