1Gbps service getting 35-75Mbps with a SB8200
Download is at 35-75Mbps upload is 35-38Mbps on a 1000/35 plan. Phone tech reprovisioned the brand new SB8200 Thursday with no success/change. Tech came out on Saturday and checked all external wiring, replaced a few minor things. Felt everything looked normal. No change in speed.
I've read some depressing posts about issues like this and have little hope in this being resolved. I have time to return the SB8200 and request a Comcast modem - if that will get this solved and force Comcast into my home to set it up. My wife and I both work full-time at home (permanently) and require high-speed.
Here's the log info from my SB8200. Not the error message. From another post, it sounds like this could indicate a line issue outside the home?
