10g upgrade/internet drops

Our neighborhood recently had upgrades done for 10g and since then our internet has been dropping at random times during the day. Usually at night while we are watching TV and sometimes during the day as well. Our neighbors are having the same issue. I have seen that this is a recurring issue for others as well, anyone have a fix ?

Hey there @user_5de412 thanks so much for reaching out via Xfinity Forums! So by drops, do you mean that the internet is disconnecting on the device, or is the modem completely resetting? Is this happening on multiple devices in the home or only specific ones?  We have a fantastic article compiled by members of the community and Community Experts that dives deep into common solutions for intermittent connection problems. I have a modem and it resets. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting ideas and nothing has worked.

Thank you for that information, @user_5de412! Having a look into the modem, all the signals appear to be within specifications. Having a look into the node in your area all devices look to be online. Having a look into the history of the signal there were a few reports of a lost signal around the 29th, but nothing recently. Does the light on the modem stay solid or does it flash when you notice you are having the issue?

It cycles through. It goes to yellow, then blinking yellow, then blinking green and then back to solid white.
