10-20 minute intermittent internet outages

1-2 times a day, I am getting a 10-20 minute internet outage.  The Xfinity Troubleshooting App has not found a problem.  By the time I get through all the steps in the App the 10-20 minutes has elapsed and the internet is back up.  The hard wired connections go down and so do the WiFi connections

Resetting the Xfinity Modem has not helped. 

The technician was in a couple of weeks ago, and replace the modem.  Not sure what else to do.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_x21dsu. I would be happy to look into any service issues from here. Do those drops happen at random times a day, or are they at the same time daily?

They seem to be more in the morning, 6:00-9:30.

Following is from yesterday's event logs.  There was nothing in the system logs.  The event logs only mention WiFi, but the hardwired connections also went down.

user_x21dsu Thank you for sharing. We usually do a system update overnight, and it can last for a few minutes. You shouldn't see this happening throughout the morning though. I'd like to take a look at your signals on our side, and then we can determine what the next best step is going to be. When you get a moment, can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
