10-20 minute intermittent internet outages
1-2 times a day, I am getting a 10-20 minute internet outage. The Xfinity Troubleshooting App has not found a problem. By the time I get through all the steps in the App the 10-20 minutes has elapsed and the internet is back up. The hard wired connections go down and so do the WiFi connections
Resetting the Xfinity Modem has not helped.
The technician was in a couple of weeks ago, and replace the modem. Not sure what else to do.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_x21dsu. I would be happy to look into any service issues from here. Do those drops happen at random times a day, or are they at the same time daily?
