10.0.0.1 login help

I used to be able to login with the 10.0.0.1 login and now I'm internet essentials but still use the same gateway would you be able to help me log back in using the 10.0.0.1 admin tool

    Which exact model gateway do you have?  Are you even getting the login page?  If not, could be the service upgrade caused an update in the gateway software which changed the default password or the admin IP address.  Have you tried 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.100?

FWIW, an address suggested by others will not work: "192.168.1.100?"

Try http://192.168.100.1

And the http://192.168.1.1 address is for customer owned / third party routers, not Comcast rented devices.
