Your customer service is terrible and your AI is pathetic. Highly disingenuous for your AI chat "agents" to pretend to be real people. Your pathetic and you should be ashamed of yourselves

Agree!! Customer service keeps you going in circles, asks you to answer nonsense questions that have NOTHING to do with your issue. Going on 12 days of being unable to stream Live TV on desktops running Edge or Chrome and on my Android, no channels load. Everything was fine for years. If you GOOGLE these issues you will find the exact same complaints going back years. Absolute waste of time to call Customer "Service". One Tier 2 technician wanted me to schedule a home service call to troubleshoot my cell phone.

We are in total agreement with the above.  A senior level agent was [Edited: "Language"] and hung up on me.  Wasted my whole afternoon....total [Edited: "Language"]
