@user_99orek You might try rebooting both your internet router and the Xumo box to see if that helps. Unplug for a minute, then plugin. Or perform a system refresh on both devices from the Xfinity app.

I know I would feel quite frustrated too if my show was cutting out in the middle, especially when you're just getting to the important parts! Rest assured, you have reached the right team to get to the bottom of this matter.
Could you please check the speed test through your XUMO box? You may do so by following the steps below:
Go to Settings, Network, and then Network connection to see your Wi-Fi strength.
Please let us know what the results are once you have completed these steps.
