Xumo Box

While setting up my New Xumo Box it shows you are linked to account and now let us confirm by entering last 4 digits of my phone nember that is where I get stuck. It does NOT recognize my phone number which

I have been using for last 20 years for all my Xnifty devices and account. I tried to swap the Xumo box with New one but same thing. Xfinity assistant Chat were NOT of any Help.

I would appreciate if you can help

I see that you're getting stuck where it asks you to verify your account by entering the last four digits of your phone number, and that the system is not recognizing a phone number you've been using with your Xfinity account for many years.

To start, have you tried power cycling both your Xumo Box and your internet equipment?

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the Xumo Box.
  2. Unplug your modem or gateway.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Plug the modem or gateway back in first and allow it to fully reconnect to the internet.
  5. Once your internet service is back online, plug the Xumo Box back in and try the activation process again.
