Xfinty Stream Temporary Workaround

Hello All,

I just tried to watch cable thru the xfinity stream app this morning with no success. However, I thought I’d try recording what I want to watch and then go to saved recordings and see if that would work … and it does!

I guess I’m a little behind the actual broadcast, but I’m fine with that!

Could you share which device(s) you have the Xfinity Stream App on for other users with the same issue?

UN65TU7000FXZA

it’s a Samsung 65” crystal uhd and it’s 2020 I think, … maybe 2021!?

ALSO:

I’ve noticed if you’ve got other programs set to record there might be a scheduling conflict that prevents the app from recording, and likewise, you from watching.

And as soon as that recording ends you’re kicked out to the recordings menu/dialogue.

I can’t even get to the stream app online on my Mac. Have to watch on my phone which is not ok. This has been happening for days. When will this be fixed
