remove the app on your samsung TV. then unplug the TV from AC power for 30 seconds or more then plug back in. reinstall the samsung beta stream app, and sign in (accept the terms and conditions). working now?

do you have a smart phone or tablet that you can use and uninstall the app on that device and sign back in to see if the account is working ok?

Hi there, john_grundler. Welcome and thank for you for posting here in the community for support. Very sorry about the delay in us getting back to you on this. It sounds like we may need to refresh and re-sync your service, considering it's stuck in that 'purchases' section. This is actually something I have come across before and I will absolutely see what I can do for you here in this case. It starts with your username and it does involve your modem as well, even though the app/service seems to be working on other devices of yours. Please be sure to confirm compatibility through here, especially if this is the first time you're using the app on this device: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activating-xfinity-stream-samsung. Firmware on the device being used is a big factor with issues of this nature too and you can find more out about checking that here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-stream-beta-app-faqs. Please go ahead and send me a private message with your name (first and last) so I can take a look at a few things on this end as well.
