xfintiy streaming app

My mobile streaming app stopped working now i can't watch any movies even when i am on my network, i tried uninstalling, reinstalling but it didn't help

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Hi, @user_j5ih4v. We are still here to help. If you have time, you can reach us directly using the steps provided by my teammate above. I can also help provide some troubleshooting here as well. When you attempt to use the Stream App, are you getting error messages or error codes? Does this only happen one a single device, or do you have trouble streaming for any device you use?
