xfinity.com/stream in chrome browser having trouble and not "back up and running shortly"
I've been unable to access my DVR recordings using a web browser for the last several weeks. Windows10, Chrome browser (and Edge), both mine and my wife's logins. Called a couple of weeks ago and spent a couple hours on the phone, escalated to level 3, stopped waiting, have heard nothing since and still not working.

If I switch to scheduled (looks normal) and back to recordings, I get this:
Have tried all the suggestions about logging out, clearing cookies, etc. No changes to my acount, hardware or anything else recently.
It works fine using the Stream app on my Android phone.
How do we get this fixed? I've seen lots of questions but no answers.
