xfinity website won't let me buy a package

For three days now, every time I try to buy a streaming package (Peacock/Apple/Netflix), the website fritzes out:  it attempts to load the next page in the process and then leaves me with a "sorry, we can't help you now" message.  The URL gives me this error code:   https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=DFPLN4043.  Now, I had gone to an Xfinity office to modify my grandfathered plan, removing the landline and DVR service.  Would that have had any impact on my ability to get the website to even recognize that I'm trying to purchase something?  The day before I visited the office, I did put this package in the cart, no problem; immediately after the visit?  Website goes nuts when I ask to simply go to the page to even have the option to buy the package.

I'm going quietly crazy here:  I'm trying to give you guys my money, and you keep saying, "No."

@user_58jj5v When you make changes to your account, this can happen. Their system is still processing the changes you made. I would wait and try again in a few days. Especially if you did this during or right before the holiday weekend.
