xfinity web page streaming will not work correctly while still recording

I am in Colorado Springs. I have Xfinity for my internet and cable tv. I have often use the xfinity.com/stream web pages to stream a channel or a recording. Until recently, I could stream a show that was recording from the beginning, even though the show wasn't over yet. But maybe over the last month, that doesn't work anymore. I do not get a 'progress bar' of the recording. It only lets me start from the beginning and if I try to fast-forward, it starts the show over. Has this been a reported issue? Using the App on my ROKU does not have this problem.
