Xfinity Support

Today an Xfinity technician named David O. came to my house around 4:15 pm ( I had a 3-5pm window) about my internet having issues connecting to my devices in my home. Initially he was nice but as he started replacing the wiring outside my home he began saying that he won't try to take advantage of me by saying it's automatically the modem. 

He then showed me that the lines were old and worn and chewed on by animals. He said he would need about 40 minutes to change out wiring from alley  and on side of the house.

He then asked to go inside to check on my modem which was upstairs in my main bedroom. I asked him to go first and upon going up the stairs behind him, I smelled alcohol.

He gets into my bedroom and starts asking where the modem was and it was on the floor by the door. 

Then he asked where were the cables leading to the modem and I responded i do not know . He also told me I had an old modem I purchased from Best Buy in 2018. Then then discovered that the cables were behind my bed and then he said since I knew he was coming I should have moved the bed. I asked him how would I know to do that? I said I would help him move the bed but I could not move it by myself. He said he was not comfortable touching other people's furniture and said he was going to reschedule my appointment and just left with my issue still unresolved. 

I followed him downstairs and then he asked me if I wanted him to finish installing the cables outside or just leave it like it was. I told him to finish the outside job and then leave. This is ridiculous. My issue was unresolved and a technician came to my house after drinking. This is unacceptable from Xfinity and I need some kind of compensation for this unresolved issue. I have been a faithful customer of Xfinity for years.  Now I have to wait until Tuesday for another technician to come out while I have now, not had service for 4 days. I need management to contact me immediately.
