xfinity support
IN CASE YOU ARE WONDERING -- I HAD MY AI WRITE THIS SO IT CAN TALK TO YOUR AI SINCE WE AREN'T DOING THE WHOLE "LIVE PERSON" THING ANYMORE.
I received an email that I need to verify is actually from Xfinity, and I must speak with a live representative to do so. Your AI assistant is completely useless for this kind of issue. It’s absurd that I’m being forced to jump through hoops just to get a simple answer from a real human.
I’m not posting my personal contact info here because this is a public forum, and I shouldn’t have to. You have my account details—use them. Reach out to me directly. I’m not going to paste the contents of the email here either, because again, this is not a secure or private channel.
And let’s talk about this ridiculous forum setup. There’s no appropriate category, no relevant topic, no “Other” option—just a bunch of irrelevant tags I had to randomly pick just to get this message through. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s a complete failure in user experience design.
I’ve now wasted nearly an hour trying to do something that should’ve taken five minutes. I’ll never get that time back. Ever. And for what? Just to try to reach someone. TRY. Not even succeed. Just TRY.
On top of that, I had to create a forum account, agree to more privacy terms, and jump through even more hoops—only to find out that there’s no live support here either. So why on earth are customers being directed here in the first place?
This entire process is maddening.
Fix it. FIX. IT. fixit. >>>>>>>>>>>>>FIX<<<<<<<<<<<<< >>>>>>>>>>>>IT<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
FIX.
IT.
Make it easier to talk to a real person.
Stop hiding behind automated systems that don’t work for real issues.
Do the job that you're being PAID to do. We are PAYING EVERY MONTH for your SERVICE -- I am not paying to be redirected by AI, shuttled around, and IGNORED.
Actually POST your contact links for CHATS.
Actually POST your contact information for how to reach someone by PHONE.
Actually POST your email information for CORPORATE so we can email them to let them know how INCREDIBLY HAPPY we are -- sarcasm, in case you are wondering.
And, yes, I am unhappy with the lack of service.
